This master planned community was developed on 108 acres on the former Fort Ord Military Base, in the City of Seaside. The project required the design and development of 12 different single-family homes ranging in size from 1780 sq. ft. up to 3680
sq. ft.

In addition to the design, construction (including site infrastructure) and sale of the homes, the site had extensive greenbelt and common areas (4 acres), a community park, which included a championship pony baseball field and a 5000 sq. ft. community building with a full service kitchen, conference room, multi-purpose room, art room and a police substation office.

This project is 100% built out and completely sold out. The project began demolition and grading in August 2002 and was completely sold out. The last home was delivered in October 2005.

The project was 100% developer financed including the purchase of the land from the City of Seaside.
